Who we are
Bergen Tree Removal (bergentreeremoval.com) is a free referral and matching website for homeowners in Bergen County, New Jersey. We are not a tree care company. The site is operated by a New Jersey small business; you can reach us by email at [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email (if you give it), town, what you need, any details and any photos you attach, plus the page you sent it from. We do not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies or social media pixels on this site.
How we use it
We use your request for one purpose: to pass it to a local tree care company that serves your town so they can contact you with a quote. By submitting the form you agree to be contacted about your request by phone, text or email, by us or by the matched company. We may follow up to ask whether the company reached you. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Who receives it
The matched tree care company (an independent business, with its own privacy practices), and the email service that delivers form submissions to us (FormSubmit, which processes the submission and retains it for up to 30 days). Photos you attach are forwarded with the request.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for up to 12 months so we can follow up on your request and track whether the companies we refer to are responsive, then deleted. Email us to have your request deleted sooner.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on property; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
